I
am so glad that Jesus cares and that He cares for me,
I
thank Him that for me He died thus, from sin I am set free.
I
thank Him for that comforter who gives me peace and rest,
As
well as help, power and boldness to stand and seek those things that our best.
The
things that are Best for me to seek in Him, I believe He shows me what they are,
And
I also appreciate His rod of correction, that never lets me stray to far.
I
am so glad my Jesus cares and even cares for me,
I
thank Him that even though I am blind I have spiritual Eyes that see.
TO
see much beauty, and wonderful truth,
When
I feel time is rushing way to fast He restores my youth.
He
keeps me happy keeps my heart singing and when there is tears,
He
cares He cares, O how He cares!
And
He ministers to me renewing my faith, Which brings gifts,
Keeping
my heart free from bitterness, envy or hate.
Keeping
me white pure, it is as though the Spirit rests on me and He speaks so tenderly
in love,
And
it stills my Soul, like the singing of the doves.
And
when I am tempted to have fears or doubt,
I
think of how from the miry clay He has brought me out.
Then
I rejoice and praises to Him I say,
And
I find this sustains me through out all the day.
And
He keeps giving gifts that I am not worthy of,
But
He graces me with goodness, as I set my affections on things above.
Yes
all this is so and for this reason I know
Jesus
Cares Jesus cares, He cares for me so.
Thus
let me care also and to others the Lord show
O
to exalt His name where ever I go.
That
is my cry my desire my mention o yes,
And
in Jesus I’ll succeed Lord help me do my best.
And
He cares for you to my friend just like that. Walk close to Him will ya.
